Financial Policies
Payments
- • All lessons paid upfront via Stripe at booking
- • Packages: 4 ($200), 8 ($360), 12 ($540)
- • No refunds, but reschedule per policy below
Delinquent Accounts
Future lessons paused until account is current. Failed payments charged full fee.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Your Booking
- • Book via Calendly (linked throughout site)
- • 24+ hours notice = free reschedule
- • Package lessons expire 4 months from purchase
Late/No-Show
Charged full fee, no make-up.
Teacher cancellations = full credit/reschedule
Attendance & Tardiness
• Arrive on time, prepared with music/tracks ready
• Late students get remaining time only (end on schedule)
• 15+ min late without notice = no-show, full charge
Online & In-Person
- • Quiet space, stable internet, Zoom-ready device
- • Ill? Switch to online (notify ASAP)
- • In-person: Charlotte studio, mask optional
Conduct & Recording
• Respectful behavior required (in-person & digital)
• Recording OK with permission, personal use only
• No discrimination/harassment tolerated
